Venue Pricing (Public Shows):

Friday and Saturday nights:

Show Fee: $600 excl GST for up to 60 bingo players. If over 60 players, the fee is instead based on $10 per head e.g. 75 players would be $750 ex GST (note - players are never to be charged an entry fee)
Travel: $50 excl GST per hour, round-trip
Optional: Karaoke after bingo, with full karaoke rig - $200 excl GST per hour

Sunday-Thursday nights:

Show Fee: Negotiable per venue (note - players are never to be charged an entry fee)
Travel: $50 excl GST per hour, round-trip
Optional: Karaoke after bingo, with full karaoke rig - $200 excl GST per hour

Venues supply the prizes (pub/venue vouchers are fine). No need to go overboard here — I've had amazing nights with $30, $20 and $10 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each game (two games per night), plus a minimum of 6 drinks vouchers for side-games prizes.

Private Function Pricing:

Music Bingo is free for your guests — no one ever gets charged to play.

Shows start from $880 incl GST depending on location, requirements and add-ons after the show e.g. karaoke.

You (the client) supply the prizes. Pub/venue vouchers are fine. No need to go overboard here — I've had amazing nights with $30, $20 and $10 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each game (two games per night), plus a minimum of 6 drinks vouchers for side-games prizes.
